الفندق رائع الدخول والخروج كان سريعا جدا الموظفين ودودين ومتعاونين الغرف فخمه ونظيفه موقع الفندق جميل وبقربه الحي الثقافي كتارا الخده بشكل عام ممتازه وسريعه لم تتضمن غرفتي فطور لذلك لا استطيع تقييمه نشكر إدارة الفندق

كذلك العاملين بشوشين ومتعاونون خصوصا ان اغلب الخدمة كانت من النساء مما جعل الخصوصيه شي متوفر اعجبني جدا

انا في الفندق ولازلت فيه الخدمه فاشله جدا الاكل سيء جدا جدا اسعار الاكل مبالغ فيها المبنى جميل لكن الخدمه تعيسه حجزت كبانا وسويت من غرفتين الكبانا عباره عن جاكوزي صغير عن الاشياء الموجوده في الصور نظام الكبانا غير ملائم للاسر لايوجد غرفه او اسره للاطفال ليرتاحو من امس احاول ان اتصل بالرسبشن يرد علي موضف يسئلني ماذا تريد بالرسبشن 😳 لم يكن الفندق بهاذا المستوى كان مستوه افضل لكن الان تدهور جدا
مع الكبانا اربع مشروبات من القهوى و الشاي مجانيه عندما اتصلت لاطلبها الموضف احضر لي لبتن و حليب و كبسولات
اخبرته ان العرض واضح واخبرته ان يذهب ويحضر الطلب جاهز
