اجواء رمضانيه راااائعه وخدمة بتجنن خصوصا ليث وبلال رائعين وخدومين والبوفيه منوعه وفريش وخرااافي وطاقم الخدمة جدا رائع والعصائر والحلويات كتيييير طيبين بنصحكم فيه خصوصا برمضان من الفطور والسحور والاكل منوع في البحري والمشويات والشرقي
وفي طبعا فعاليات للاطفال بينيسطو كتير

بتاريخ ٣ نوفمبر حجزت سويت مع اطلاله على البحر وعند تسجيل الدخول تم منحي سويت بدون اطلاله ورفضت ذلك واخذت الاجراءات ٣ساعات لتغيير الجناح ثم دخلت الجناح الجديد واذا به غير نظيف بقع بارضية الحمام ولدي تصوير يثبت ذلك

انا موقيم بالفندق ونزلت على مطعم هابانوي وقابلني السيد ليث وكان التعامل جداً راقي والمطعم اكله كان كثير زاكي والجلسة الخارجيه قمه بالروعه والملفت لنظر انه لايرجد سيجار وقد قامنت الانسه منتي بعمل شوت رائع

اسوء فندق في الدوحة، واسوء تعامل غير محترم مع الزبائن، ولا يوجد تطبيق للشروط الخاصه بالنظافه و بالامن والسلامه في فتره جائحة كوفد ١٩، سوء تنظيم بشكل فاشل جدا، ومنظر غير حضاري في قطر... من اسوء الفنادق الي جربتها حتى الان للاسف...
- اللوبي لا يعبر ابدا عن فندق ٥ نجوم بمستوى الرتز كارلتون ابدا، لا يوجد اهتمام او مراعاه للبس الكمامات، وهناك نزلاء يتجولون في اللوبي بملابس السباحه المبلله والمناشف المبللة، عاملات المنازل كذلك يتجولون في اللوبي بمعدات السباحه المبلله والاطفال المبللين بالماء من المسبح في كل مكان في الفندق.
- عند المصاعد لا يوجد مراعاه لعدد الاشخاص المسموح لهم بالدخول ، ارضيه المصاعد مبلله بشكل دايم ولا يوجد عامل للتنظيف بعد اي استخدام ابدا، عدى عن الرطوبه والحراره في المصاعد ورائحة غير مستحبه في كل ارجاء الفندق.
-الدخول فوضوي لابعد حد، استلام الغرف بعد انتظار في طابور الدخول يتم الساعه ٧ مساء، والاسوء من ذلك انه يذكرك بان الخروج الساعه ١٢ ولا يمكنهم التمديد بعد ذلك، علما بان حجزي كان لعدد ٥ غرف و ٣ اجنحة، توقيع كافة النزلاء على الاوراق باستخدام ذات القلم الموجود على الطاوله دون تعقيم.
- عند الحجز تم الاتصال وطلب نوع معين من الغرف والتنظيم خاصه للاطفال، لكن للاسف عن الدخول لم يتم اعتبار اي من ما تم تنسيق سابقا معهم، ودائما لا يوجد حلول take it or leave it !
- الغرف تفتقر لابسط انواع الاحترازات الامنيه، مثل وجود الاوراق في كل مكان وعدم وجود اي معقمات شخصيه او كمامات حتى.
- ممرات الفندق عالية الرطوبه شديده الحراره !
- بعض الاجنحه التي تم حجزها لايوجد بها صيانه للمكيفات، وهناك تسريب ماء منها، ولا يوجد بها فاكه/ تمر ترحيب او زهور طاوله بسيطه !
- التاخر في الرد على لان الطعام في الغرفه، وكذلك التاخر الشديد في تنظيف الغرف (العادي) وليس التعقيم.
للاسف تجربه اولى، وان تتكرر ابدا.

First of all, I would like to thank you for taking the time to give your detailed feedback and it is very much regretful to learn that we failed to meet your expectations during your stay with us: please accept my sincere apologies.
It seems that from the booking process to your actual stay, we did not deliver the expected quality of service and we will surely review internally our shortfalls to prevent such situation to reoccur.
On a separate note, I would like to let you know that we do follow all strict guidelines given by the local authorities to ensure all our guests and employees evolve in safe and hygienic environment. We are taking all the necessary precautions to apply the rules and regulations.
I truly hope you will consider our property again in the near future where our Ladies & Gentlemen will do their absolute best to provide you with a memorable Ritz Carlton Doha experience.

يعتبر فندق رتز كارلتون احدى اقوى الفنادق المحببه لدينا ابتداء من يوم الحجز وساعه الدخول واثناء الاقامه ولغايه الخروج
روعه الاستقبال وروعه التعامل اثناء وخلال الاقامه ... الموظفين كفاء للغايه ابتداء من السيد / اكرامي .. انا عاجزه عن الشكر والذي يسعى دائما لخدمه جميع النزلاء والانسه / فيون موظفه الاستقبال وايضا من خلال تجربتي الدائمه بالطابق ال 23 فجميع الموظين بدون استثناء ممتازون واشكر السيده / اليسي مسوله الضيافه بالطابق وايضا الموظفه / شافينا وجميع الموظفين بدون استثناء وايضا خدمه الغرف ومركز اللياقه البدنيه ولسبا الجميع على اعلى كفاءه بالعمل والدرايه باصول التعامل مع النزلاء
والموظفين في المدخل الرئيسي للفندق الجميع يتسابقون في الخدمه اشكرهم جميعا وايضا الموظفين لحمل الامتعه شكرا جزيلا ... الفندق اكثر من رائع .. اتمنى زياره الفندق مرارا وتكرارا .
