الخدمه وتعامل ونظافة عمال الغرف والتنظيف ممتازه وعند انتهاء من التنظيف يقومون بالديكوريشن الجميل للغرفه والمكان راحه واستجمام وهادئ وراقي
وسرعك عمال الانتقال في نقلنا من مكان إلى اخر
وعمال الرسبشن متعاونين جداً والمطاعم جميله بالأخص السي فود لذيذ جداً
والبوفيه لذيذ

كانت زياره ممتعه ولكن بعد كل هذه السنوات الأنشطة الترفيهيه للاطفال هي نفسها منذ افتتاح الجزيره لم يتم تحديثها وتطويرها.. وكذلك قائمة الاطعمه للغرف لازالت نفسها منذ افتتاح الجزيره يفضل أن يتم التنويع من فتره لفتره ..

اسعر المأكولات غالية جداوعدم وجود مسبح للشباب يكون كبير وعدم وجود مسجد جامع ولا يوجد اذان من القرية وأسعار المشروبات الغازية غالية ومياه الشرب غالية وكلم كانت أسعار المأكولات أرخص كلم زاد الأقبل علي حضور الزوار بكثرة
