تمت ملاحظة فرق في الخدمة بين حجز الغرف بالفندق و بين حجز الفلل الخاصه بالمنتجع، و ان العماله العامله على خدمة الغرف يجب الدفع لهم ليقوموا بعملهم ، الاهتمام بنظافة الغرف و تحسين جودة الطعام المقدم و تخفيض اسعار الطعام و عدم الاستغلال

لم يلتزم الفندق بتسليمي الفيلا الخاصه بي في الوقت المحدد ولم يكن هناك تنسيق مع علمهم مسبقاً بموعد الوصول ، بالاضافه الى انه عند استلام الفيلا لم يكن مستوى النظافه كما هو معتاد وخلال الاقامه انقطعت الكهرباء لفتره زمنيه

المكان فيه بقايا طعام وبلونات من النزيل الذي كان موجود قبلنا السراميك في البركة غير ملتزق والجكوزي الخاص بالفيلا لايعمل . اما المرافق العامة بركة التزلج على الموج the surf pool لاتعمل النادي الصحي لايعمل يحتاج لصيانة المطعم الايطالي لا يعمل

فندق رائع ولكن كان ينقصه السماح بصيد السمك
وتقديم خدمة الشواء بعد الصيد والجو العام جميل
واتمنى منهم التأكد من الحمامات بسبب ضعف دفعية الماء في الشطاف والشور وأيضاً الماء ليس ثابت بين الحار والبارد للأسف
