العاملون في الفندق لايتعاملون بشكل جيد مع اصحاب عضوية التيتانيوم . لا اعرف كيف هذا الفندق من ضمن مجموعة ماريوت . ولا اي امتيازات استفدت منها خلال اقامتي في هذا الفندق طوال هذي السنه .
تاخر دائم في الطلبات ، والاثاث قديم ، والسعر المبالغ فيه
لم احصل على اي ترقية الى جناح خلال اقاماتي السابقة

يتمتع المكان بجو هادى وانا من رواد المكان بصفة يومية والذي يجعلني من رواد هذا المنتجع مستوى الخدمة المقدمة خصوصا في الجلسة فالذين يقومون بالخدمة افراد تجد البسمة دائما علو وجوههم وعلى سبيل المثال الاخت ياسمين التي بمجرد حضورنا تاتي لتقدم لنا جميع الخدمات وتتابع طلباتنا ، بالنسبة لي الحضور لهذا المكان اصبح من جدولي اليومي -على الاقل مرتين في اليوم الواحد - اتمنى مزيد من التطور لكم تحياتي،،،

فندق رائع وجميل .. انا جئت الى قطر لمؤتمر دولي.. هذا الفندق كبير وتسطيع ان تكون مرتاح في عديد الاماكن كالبحر والمسبح .. الاكل هنا ممتاز .. والخدمة ايضا ممتازة خاصة في قاعات المؤتمرات والاماكن المخصصة لنا للاكل .. جميلة ومبتكرة وخاصتا في رمضان .. كل شيء في غايت الروعة .. والعاملين عالخدمة ايضا ذو كفاءة عالية ومنهم الاخ شريف والاخ هاني .. داءما موجودون والابتسامة على وجوهم وداءما يوفرون لنا حاجياتنا وما نطلبوه منهم .. اريد ان اشكر العاملين معهم جميعا .. واريد ان اشكر الادارة على حرصها الدائم لان تكون جودة الخدمات عالية جدا .. شكرا لكم جميعا ..أنصحكم بهذا المنتجع فيه كل متطلبات الراحة والمتعة .
