الموقع الفندق غير مناسب ،في مركز المدينة لايوجد بالقرب منه اَي خدمات عامة،وبعيد عن الكورنيش والمولات،القيمة جداً مرتفعة،وموظفي الاستقبال غير متعاونين،واستقبال السيارات سىء،لا انصح زملائي بسكن في هذا الفندق

مشكلة الفندق الضوضاء الصادره من البار ورواده المشكله الاخرى عدم وجود القنوات الرياضية المتخصصة بالدوريات الخليجيه والاوربيه اما بالنسبه للخدمات الاخرى المقدمة من الفندق تعتبر جيده جدا اتمنى من المسؤلين عن الخدمات بالفندق معالجة هاذه المشاكل

Thank you very much for your honest feedback about your previous stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Doha - Old Town.
Unfortunately your stay with us did not meet your expectations with the rooftop bar and the available sport channels. At DoubleTree we have the Make it Right philosophy. تجربه رائعه بالتاكيد سوف اعود لهذا الفندق رغم ان الفندق ذو طابع رجال اعمال الا ان اسرتي و اطفالي استمتعو بالخدمه جدا خاصة تعامل موضفي الفندق اما النظافه فقد مانت متنيزه بشكل ملحوض
اتمنى ان يستمر التميز لهذا الفندق

Thank you very much for your great comments about your previous stay at our hotel with your family.
It is great to read that you enjoyed your stay with us and that you are already thinking of coming back! The hotel might come across as a business hotel but most of the tourism sightseeing spots are not too far away from the hotel and in the evening you can go for a nice walk around Corniche.

الموظفين خدمتهم سريعة و مريحة من خدمة صف السيارة الى الاستقبال الى تسجيل الدخول ، نظافة الغرفة والخدمات كانت ممتعة خصوصا النادي الصحي و غرفة اللعب المخصصة للاطفال ،ايضا بالنسبة للموقع يعتبر بوسط المدينة

It is so nice to read that your stay with us was perfect: from Valet service, check in, clean room and health club to kid's play area. The location is definitely one of the nicest assets the hotel has to offer: close by all the sight seeing and Corniche.

فندق ممتاز من حيث الموقع والخدمة وسرعة الاستجابة بالرغم من ضغط النزلاء وكثرة الاعداد .. قريب من الكورنيش وسوق واقف يبعد حوالي ١.٥ كيلومتر ومعظم المولات الكبيرة والاي ستفتح مستقبلا قريبة نوعا ما .. اشكر طاقم العمل جدا جدا على حسن الاستقبال والضيافة

Thank you very much for your excellent comments about your previous stay at our hotel.
As we can read the hotel had just the right location for you: close to the Souq, near of Corniche and not too far away from the large malls. Hopefully you were able to relax a little bit during your stay, take nice photos of the skyline from our rooftop and indulge in the tasty food in our L2 Restaurant.
Hopefully this was not the last time to have you staying with us at DoubleTree by Hilton Doha - Old Town!

،Hadi Hotel is nice and clean تم ترقية حجزي الى غرفة مطلة على الافق والبحر ، وكان استقبالي رائع حيث قدموا لنا كعكة كويكز لذيذة جداً ، يعيب الفندق صغر الغرفة نوعاً ما وأيضاً الحمام أصغر مما يبدو في الصور المنشورة على موقع الحجز
