المعلومات المقدمة من الفندق عن عروض المطعم كانت كاذبة ولم يبذل موظفي الفندق اي مجهود لحل المشكلة . ورائحة الحمام كانت سيئة. وخلط المياه الساخنة في الحمام فيها مشكلة. والتلفاز كان لا يعمل والموظف حل مشكلة التلفاز.

الف شكر للعاملين في روتانا … اقامه ممتعه واسلوب راقي في التعامل … وشكر خاص جدا لكل من محمد وجاسم على ما قدموه خلال زيارتي لروتانا وحسن استقبال ….. 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 اتمنى ان ارجع مره اخرى في زياره اخرى في المستقبل وهو المكان المفضل للعائله الذي تحس فيه العائله بالراحه

الراحة والهدوء والنظافه في هذا الفندق ممتازه
الطعام لديهم لذيذ جدا ومتنوع وراقي
خدمة الغرف جيده جدا
موقع الفندق وقربه من عدة أماكن
ارجو وضع نعالات للحمامات
ويعطيكم العافيه

الفندق سهل بدون تعقيدات تمت ترقيتي إلى أستوديو كبير
تم عمل لي تسجيل الدخول بوقت مبكر وهذا يحسب للفندق ولإدارته
والمغادرة كانت متأخرة
الموظفون ودودون
فرش السرير نوعا ما غير مريح
ويحتاجون إلى تنويع في الإفطار

بعد الإقامة لأربعة أيام في فندقكم الرائع..استطيع ان أنصح الجميع بالاستمتاع بتجربة الإقامة في بارك روتانا أبوظبي...وأشكر جميع العاملين بالفندق..لأنها كانت تجربة ممتازة بالفعل...مع تمنياتي لكم جميعا بالتوفيق
