الفندق انيق للغاية و يتميز بغرف واسعة و حديثة و تطل على الواجهة البحرية ثلاث مسابح اكثر من رائعة
بوفيه الافطار جيد و اهتمام العاملين بالنزيل متميز
و قاعات الاجتماع ممتازة و مهيئة جيدا و اسعارها معقولة لاجتمعات العمل و العشاء.

2- المنقذين متواجدين على مدار الساعة

5- اطلالة ممتازة على الشاطئ والمدينة
6- ساحة الفندق مريحة في المساء
-1- اتمنى زيادة مساحة الشاطئ حتى يكون مناسب للاطفال ايضا

فندق ممتاز لكن تعامل الموضفين غير مناسب
ممتاز لمحبي البحر والشاطيء قريب من ابراج الاتحاد وقصر الامارات ومارينا مول مناسب للعائلات وللصغار ايضا قريب من المرافق والخدمات للكبار والصغار اتمنى لكم اوقات سعيدة

مرافق الشاطيئ جيدة ، وخدمة الغرف ممتازة، والواي فاي يكون مجاني
مرتادي الفندق اغلبهم اجانب لكنهم محترمين

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and kind comments about Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana on Trip Advisor.
We are delighted to hear that you had a wonderful experience during your stay.
We have noted your constructive comment about the lack of diversity in our breakfast selection. Please be informed that we have just recently upgraded our breakfast offering. However, we would appreciate if you can let us know if there is any specific menu you have in mind and wished to have it included in our selection in order for us to address it to our chef.
With reference to the toilet hose in the room, please be informed that all our room categories except for Premium Rooms do not have a hose in the toilet. However, as we value our guest comments and feedback with utmost importance, please be informed that we are planning to install this in all our rooms next year to enhance our bathroom facility.
