من افضل الفنادق التى نزلت بها ان لم يكن افضلها من نظافة وحسن استقبال ومستوى صحى وترفيهى ممتاز و موظفين وعمال فى منتهى الادب والاحترام اضافة الى موقع المنتج فى قمة الروعة والمتعة وخدمات مميزة للغاية وكل شيئ

اعتبر فدقكم اجمل وافضل فندق مكثت فيه
هادئ نظيف موقعه جميل
الشاطئ نظيف ورائع
المسبح نظيف
الطاقم رائع وودود ويحتوي على جنسيات متعددة
اريد ان اشيد بموظفي الاستقبال للطافتهم
اتمنى ان ازور فندقكم مرات اخرى

كل شي جميل ما عدا تنوع الافطار في البوفيه
الإزعاج في موقع البناء الذي بجانب الفندق
من معدات النقل في المساء وحتى الفجر وهاذا كل ما لدي عن فندق روتانا الخالديه بالاس فندق سوف اعود للاقامة فيه مع عائلتي

Thank you for taking the time to post this review on Trip Advisor and giving us a perfect 5 star rating.
We are delighted to read that your overall experience was very satisfactory despite the issues you encountered during your stay.
With regard to your comment about the breakfast, please be informed that our breakfast selection is based on comprehensive market research amongst other five star hotels in Abu Dhabi. Hence, we would appreciate if you can elaborate more on your feedback and let us know if there is any specific menu you have in mind and wished to have it included in our selection in order for us to address it to our chef.
As for the on-going preparation of the island opposite our beach, we would like to ask for your understanding in this regard as this is beyond our control. Nonetheless, please be assured that the hotel takes all possible measures to provide a relaxing stay for our guests.
We can’t wait to welcome you back in Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana for another memorable ‘Treasured Time.’

الخالدية بالاس ريحان روتانا من الفنادق المفضلة لي المكان هادئ جدا والموظفين جميعهم كانو متعاونين كما انني لم اشعر باي ضيق خلال اقامتي. انصح أصدقائي بالإقامة فيه وتجربة العشاء الراقي. وكذلك قربه من قصر الامارات وأبراج الاتحاد جميرا.

المكان جيد وجميل ومكان مميز من وسط المدينه وقريب من الكورنيش والأماكن السياحية في المدينه
من العيوب مشكلة انه لايوجد حمام. فيه شاطف
الشاطئ ليس كبير. بحجم إمكانيات الفندق وغير مجهز للسباحه يتوجب أخذ الحذر

We are truly delighted that we have met your expectations and you liked our location.
Regarding the lack of toilet hose in the room, we would like to kindly inform you that all our room categories except for Premium Rooms do not have a hose in the toilet. Due to the rooms’ layout, we are not able to install this in all of our rooms. Therefore, we would like to ask for your understanding in this regard.
Moreover, we regret to know that you were not fully satisfied with our beach facility.

كل شئ ممتاز ولكن السعر مرتفع شوي ، حبَّذا لو يتم تقديم عروض للعائلات التي يزيد عدد أفرادها عن ستة أشخاص والتي تزيد إقامتهم عن ثلاثة ايام وتقديم سلة فواكه في الغرف عند الوصول وعصيرات ونراكم على خير ان شاء الله في المرات القادمة.
