Regarding the lack of toilet hose in the bathroom, we would like to kindly inform you that all our room categories except for Premium Rooms do not have a hose in the toilet due to the rooms’ layout. Nevertheless, our rooms are equipped with bidet in the bathroom.
Your comment about the food selection in Horizon has been noted, however we would appreciate if you can elaborate further on your feedback as we do offer a vast variety of starters, main courses, live cooking, salad buffet, dessert buffet, etc.
Moreover, please be assured that we are implementing a proper dress code in The Beach Club as a 5 star hotel and in respect of the other guests. Nevertheless, we will certainly reiterate the observance of the same.
