كما أشرت في عنوان التعليق عدم وجود شطاف ماء في الحمام كان مزعجا جدا. أما الفطور فكان دون التوقعات خاصة بالمقارنة مع أبو ظبي بيتش روتانا حيث كان الفطور هناك مميزا جدا أما هنا فكان الفطور أقا من عادي و يفتقر للتنوع و الطاولات قريبة من بعضها بطريقة غير مريحة و الطابور على مدخل المطعم طويل بلا داعي. فيما عدا ذلك كان كل شيء رائعا و المسبح جميل جدا.

Regarding the lack of toilet hose in the bathroom, we would like to kindly inform you that all our room categories except for Premium Rooms do not have a toilet hose due to the rooms’ layout. Nevertheless, our rooms are equipped with bidet in the bathroom.
We would like to ask for your understanding regarding your dining experience. As Horizon is the hotel’s main restaurant, it is inevitable that the restaurant can get busy at times, particularly when the hotel is running high occupancy. Furthermore, please be assured that our menu selection is based on comprehensive market research amongst other 5-star hotels in the city.

الفندق جيد و موفع ممتاز وإطلالته مميزة .. الغرفة واسعة , وخدمة الغرف جيدة جدا , الأ فطار ليس بالمستوى المطلوب و لا يمكن مقارنته بالقيمة و درجة الغرفة.. القيمة كانت جيدة بالنسبة لأيام الاجازة وعيد التحاد .. لكنها مرتفعة بالنسبة للأيام العادية .......

منظر جميل على قصر الامارات و البحر. و غرفة نظيفة تحتوي سريرين اضافيين . و المرافق ممتازة. لم ناكل بالفندق لنقيم الطعام.
الشاطئ جميل و لكن صغير . و لون الماء داكن
ينقصه ادوات سباحة للاطفال. و يجب ان تمر بالوبي للدخول من الغرف الى المسبح

كان هناك خلل و سوء تنظيم اثماء عمليه الافطار و ايضا كان هناك مشكله في عمليه دخول الفندق بسبب ان الغرفه غي الصيانه و مستمر المهندس في عملية الصيانه و بالتالي تأخرت في الصعود الي الغرفه و تاخرت ايضا في الافطار

مكان رائع . ماعدا عدم وجود شطاف بحمام الغرفة . برجاء اضافة شطافات لحمامات الغرف لانه ليس من المنطقي وجود شطافات بالحمامات العامة فقط بجانب حمام السباحة و عدم وجود شطافات بالغرف . نحن كشعوب عربيه ليست من عادتنا .
