فندق رائع وجميل وحبذا فقط لو يتم تغيير اثاث الغرف بجديد مقارنه بمستوىوخدمات الفندق الجميل والاهتمام أيضا بمستى الغداء في مطعم الفندق حيث لم يكن بمستوى فخامة الفندق ومقارنة بسعر البوفيه عموما الفندق رائع بشكل عام وجميل ويستحق الإشادة به والشكر كل الشكل للمسؤولين عنه المزيد

الفندق جميل بمرافقه ولكن الأثاث في الغرف قديم ومكان الإفطار غير منظم وفيه ازعاج والإفطار غير متنوع والمسبح يغلق مبكرا والمطعم المطل على المسلح أسعاره غالية ومبالغ فيها
واعجبني المساحة الكبيرة للمسابح وألعاب الاطفال

أرجو أن يكون هنالك تسهيلات أكثر لذوي الهمم والاهتمام أكثر بمنطقة لعب الأطفال.
وأرجو عمل خرطوم للمياه في حمامات الغرف ويكون إضافة خرطوم مياه للدش .
إضافة علب محارم على جميع الطاولات بالمطعم بدلا من تقديم المحارم للنزلاء بالطبق والتنويع أكثر بمحتوى الطعام خصوصا للأطفال

We are glad that you had an enjoyable stay with us, and were satisfied with our service and facilities.
On the other hand, your suggestion of having more facilities for kids with special needs and tissue box in the restaurants have been taken into consideration. Moreover, allow us to highlight that we do offer variety of kids menu in the restaurant, and our chefs are delighted to accommodate specific food requirements in case of special request.
We also regret to know that you were not happy with our bathroom feature and please be assured that we are adding bidet spray in some of the rooms where possible.

فندق جميل ونظيف ويستحق التجربة ويوجد كل الاحتياجات داخل الغرفة مطبخ وغسالة وفرن وعيون للتسخين وغلاية وأيضا مرافق الفندق من مسبح وشاطئ ومطعم فيه شيشة وارجيله ويوجد مكان للترفيه الأطفال بصراحة جدا مريح وسوف اقوم بزيارته مره اخرى
