حصلت لنا مشكله بتسجيل الدخول وعوضنا بالخروج إلى الساعه 5 وطيرتنا كانت متأخر جدا فادونا

الإقامة كانت جيده وجميع من في الفندق متعاونين واشكر فريق العمل سندس وماريكار على مساعدتهم لي كما انني انصح في زياره هذا الفندق من حيث النظافه وايضا استمعت كثيرا في المطاعم المتوفره شكرا جزيرا ونراكم قريبا بإذن الله

للاسف الغرف رائحتها سيئه للغايه كما ان التليفزيون لا يعمل ...
قمت بطلب غرفتين متصلتين وابلغت الفندق قبل الوصل عند الحجز ولكن للاسف لم يتم تحقيق ذلك...
طلبت دخول الغرفه في وقت مبكر وقيل انه لا يوجد امكانيه فتفهمت ذلك ..
وكذلك طلبت خروج متاخر تم اخباري انه لا يوجد امكانيه مع انه عندا قابلت المسؤول ووضحت له شكوتي قال انه من الممكن ان يسمح لنا بالتاخر في الخروج ولكن لن استطيع عمل اكثر من ذلك ولا يسعني غير الاعتذار..
لا انصح بهذا الفندق تماما وللاسف اتخدعت في اسم فندق كراون بلازا ...
