الفندق و الشاطئ رائعيين لكن الموظفين تعاملهم غيرجيد و لا يقدروا و لا يحترموا الضيوف للاسف
حصل لي موقفين خلال تسجيل الدخول و يوم اخر كلها كان تعاملهم فيها سيء جدا و خاصة الاستاذ سامر موظف الاستقبال شخصيا

رائع بكل معنى الكلمة وصراحة اذا رجعت ابو ظبي لازم انزل فيه مستى نظافة الغرف ممتاز الاكل ممتاز مكان الشط والسباحة نظيف ورائع لفت انتباهي منقذ السباحة سريع جدا ومنتبه لعمله بشكل ممتاز وأكتر الافطار مميز وصراحة متنوع

رحب و فخم و نظيف
يوجد مول متصل بالاوتيل فيه كل شيى
الغرف جميلة
مطل على البحر
يوجد تشكيلة مميزة من المطاعم الفخمة لاكن مرتفعت الثمن قليلا
الفطور مميز فعلا
وجود المول القريب يساعد فعلا على تلبية حاجيات اقامتك

يتم كل ساعه العبور امام الغرف التي لم يتم التنظيف بها لكي يتم استغلال التنظيف في اوقات عدم وجود العميل وذلك لكي يشعر العميل براحه. اما من ناحية الخدمة والكستمر سيرفس فالفندق يتميز بخدمة ممتازه جدا وقد سررت بها

كان تجربه رائعه لاكن توجد صعوبه بالوصول للفندق اشكر القائمين على هذه المنشئه والعاملين ايضا وسوف تكون لي زياره اخرى اسضا باذن الله ... وسوف اكون حريص بالتوصيه للاقارب والاصدقا بالسكن لديكم ... والسلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته

سكنت فيه ٥ مرات متتالية اعتبره الأفضل بسعره ممتاز جدا نتيجة للخدمات التي يقدمها. يناسب العائلة والأفراد. فهو متصل بمول أبوظبي ومن مرافقه الشاطئ والمسبح والنادي الرياضي المطل عليهم، وكذلك اهتمامهم بالعميل أي طلب يتم توفيره بوجه السرعة
أحد المرات واجهتنا مشكلة مع عربية أطفال وتفاجأنا بانهم يملكون عربيات للأطفال وهي تعتبر خدمة مجانية لمن يحتاجهم!
