مكان هادئ و مرتب و اطلالة المسبح و صالة اللياقة مميزة .. افطار منوع و راقي يوجد كافيه على مدار 24 ساعه ذات خدمه سريعة و سلسه توفر مواصلات من الفندق الى الى ياس مول و العكس كان محط اعجاب لجميع مرتادي الفندق و خدمة المغادرة كانت سريعه انصح به بشده
فندق راقي جدً ويستحق الاقمامة فيه ولكن اتمنى من توفير شواحن للهواتف عند الطلب حيث كنت بامس الحاجه الية وايظاً واجهتني مشكلة بسيطه بالغرفه وعلى الفور انحلت المشكله يدل على الخدمه السريعه وارتفاع بسيط بسعر الافطار ومع ذالك الفندق بستحق الاعجاب
الغرفة صغيرة جدا.
ليس هناك الكماليات للغرفة.
يتم طلب مبالغ مالية عند التوصيل الخدمات للغرفة.
تم فتح الغرفة اثناء نومي.
تم اصدار ضجيج في اخر الليل بسبب تنضيف الغرفة المجاورة.
التاخر في ايصال الشنط الى الغرفة اثناء الدخول.
عدم توفر عامل اثناء الخروج من الفندق لحمل الاغراض.
عدم توفير عوازل للصوت حيث ان الاصوات الخارجية يتم سماعها داخل الغرفة.

فندق رائع ... يمتاز بالنظافة ... والاستقبال الرحب ... موقع بعيد عن مركز المدينة ... لكنه في قلب أرض المعارض .. الغرفة صغيرة نوعًا ما ... سرعة الإجراءات في الدخول والخروج ... المنطقة المحيطة بالفندق يمكن المشي بها في الأجواءالمعتدلة

اصغر غرفة فالعالم ولا انصح احد فيها ولا توجد مساحة كافية فالغرفة لو كان عدد الضيوف ٢ وايضا موظف الاستقبال لم يكن بشوش بتصرفه ولا اتمنى العودة مرة اخرى لهذا الفندق ولا حتى التفكير فيه حتى لو كان بالمجان
