احببت الحوض النسائي جداً والخدمات التي توفرها وكان نظيف جدا اتمنى ان ازوره مره اخرى وكان تعامل الأنسه فاطمه رائع وكانت تحاول ان تساعد الجميع بكل وسعها احببت المكان جداً ، وسوف اعود هذه ❤️الزياره مره اخرى مع عائلتي

كان المكان نظيف وجميل جدا احببته جدا انبهرت بنظافه المكان والخدمات العديده الذي توفرها والمساعدات من الأنسة فاطمه فقد كانت حنونه مع الاطفال الصغار وتساعد الجميع بكل صدر رحب وكانت الحمامات نظيفه جداً، وخدمه توصيل الطعام كانت سريعه جدا

هذي ثاني مرة اشترك في عضوية العائلة السنوي الصراحة الجيم ممتاز و
و الشيء الحلو كمان انه عندهم حمامين سباحة حمام خاص بالعوائل وحمام وخاص للنساء فقط و حتى انه عندهم صالة جيم خاصة للنساء والصاونا و غرفة البخار )حاليا مش شغالة عشان الكوفيد 19 ,,وكمان عندهم ملعب تنس بالنسبة النا قريب جدا للسكن ومكان رائع لقضاء العطل ،،،،
ان
ما بالنسبة للستاف فكلهم رائعين من كل الجوانب ، الصراحة كلهم تربية هواخلاق بدون استثناء ،،،انا بتعامل كثير مع فاااطمة موظفة رائعةو واخلاقها عالية وخدومة جدا وصبورة ،،،بدون ما انسى الاستاذ حمزة الصراحه انسان خلوق جد ا وكذلك هناك ايضا موظفين تانيين كالمدير مال الجيم والمسبح مصري خلوق جدا ومبتسم على طول المهم المكان كله حلو على بعضه ،، بس هناك ملاحظة صغيرة انه لايتوفر في المسبح الفوط )لانه فيه فنادق كتيرة وفي فترة الكورونا بيعطون الفوط الا هذا الفندق) هذي بالنسبة الي احد السلبيات للفندق لانه بضطر اني بجيب معايا من البيت فهذا الشيء بيزعجني كتير ، ومن السلبيات كذلك قلة الكراسي مقارنة بالناس الموجودة في المسبح كذلك حرارة الماء في المسبح ساخنة ليست منعشة في شهر اغسطس المفروض يعدلونه ،،،على حسب الشهور ،،،

اتصلت لعمل حجز و تم الرد على جميع استفساراتى و عند تسجيل الدخول وجدت حسن الاستقبال من الجميع و خاصة هبه و عندما جلست فى الكافيه وجدت افضل خدمة من كلارا ..يوجد أيضا حمام سباحة خاص بالسيدات و يوجد جيم و كابتن اشرف اشكره على حسن الاستقبال و التعامل و موظف الكونسيرج طاهر .. اشكر الجميع على حسن الاستقبال
