First, I want to thank you for your feedback and I am sorry that it has taken me so long to reply to your review. My sincere apologies for the delayed reply. While I wish, you had a better experience, it is only through your feedback that we can identify ways to improve our hotel, rooms, and the service that we provide. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it’s apparent in this case, that we fell short.
We have renovated the hotel rooms, restaurants, lobby, and floors and also trained the staff for better guest service and experience. We endeavor to do our utmost to make our guests as comfortable and happy as possible.
