فندق جميل يمكنك الاقامه فيه به اكثر من مطعم وهناك حمامات السباحه استقبال جيد قريب من المطار والأماكن الترفيه أيضًا سعر الاقامه مقارن بباقي الفنادق جيده السمعة الجيدة ال الإدارة ممتازه الأمان والهدوء جيد

في ثمانية ايام وسبعة ليالي قضيناها وزملائي في هذا الفندق الرائع لم نشعر للحظة اننا خارج وطننا جمهورية العراق بل ونحن في وطننا الأصيل أم الدنيا جمهورية مصر العربية وجاء هذا الشعور من
كرم ضيافتهم وحسن تعاملهم اللامحدود والابتسامة الرائعة على وجناتهم بدءا بالدخول إلى الفندق والى لحظة المغادرة فالكل يعمل بواجبه وربما يزيد اكثر وهذا هو الإخلاص والتفاني في العمل بدءا بامن الفندق وموظفي الاستقبال جميعهم وان غابت عني الأسماء سوى السيدة ابتسام لزيارتها لنا ونحن في إحدى وجبات الفطور في مطعم الفندق وكذلك جميع العاملين في مجال الخدمة للاهتمام بنزيل الفندق من اجل جعل المكان نظيفا ومهيئا يتمامه وكماله للوصول إلى الراحة والسرور وكذلك في موقع التماس النادي الصحي وما فيه من المتعة والرياضة والصحة الجسدية والنفسية والعقلية وكان موظفي هذا النادي في قمة التفاعل والعطاء من أميمة ومريم ونادية وعادل وأشرف وكمال والنشيطة ما بين النادي والمطعم الآنسة غادة إذ تم تقديم كل شيء يبعث عن انك في دارك وبين اهلك ولا ينقصك شيئا ابدا وسعادتي اثناء تواجدي في مطعم الفندق حيث الايتسامات المستمرة والوجه الجميل السموح والكلمات الرائعة حتى انني أعجز عن وصفهم فالكل يعمل بدون توقف من الاستاذين عبد الفتاح ومحمد سمير والسيدة اية والشيفين احمد عبد القادر ومحمد عبد العزيز ورحاب ومريم واسراء ونيرة ومحد خالد واحمد عرفة فالكل متواضع وخادم لرزقه وفقكم الله جميعا واتمنى في زيارتي القادمة ان القاكم بأمان وخير وسلام ونور من الباري عز وجل واعتذر عن كل جهد فاتني ان اذكره(الدكتور ادهام صالح محمود/جمهورية العراق /الموصل)

كل شهر لازم اكون موجود فيه ٣ ايام على الاقل استقبال اكتر من رائع وستاف محترم جداا بشكر جدا مستر حسين وسمير على ال customer satisfaction اللى دايما بيعملوه وكمان شكر خاص لشيفات المطعم والاستاف كله فيه سواء كان الشيف محمد او احمد مش بس لجودة الاكل كمان عشان استقبالهم وروحهم المرحة والجميلة وبشكر جدا اسراء على بشاشتها طول الوقت في استقبال زوار المطعم وبحب اشكر كابتن عادل في الجيم وكل الاستاف الذوق اوى بجد انتوا اكتر من رائعين

هيلتون هليوبوليس من اجمل فنادق القاهره. موظفي الاستقبال علي احسن مستوي الاحترام والود خاصه مستر سمير ،، موظفي خدمه العملاء رائعين خاصه آنسه آلاء ،،ومستر مجدي مدير الأمن بالفندق رجل علي درجه عاليه من الكفاءه والاحترام
العاملون بالبتزا بار شريف وعادل وحسني هايلين ،، وكذا كابتن عاطف ب ال health club ,, و الانسه نيرمين اجمل ما يكون من خدمه و ضيافه
