الفندق جيد اجمالا ،، الغرف باطلالة على النيل رائع المنظر ،، رغم عدم الاهتمام بالنيل ونظافته ..
البهو للفندق جدا ضيق ولا يليق باسم كمبنسكي ..
والمدخل ضيق للسيارات ،، ولايوجد مواقف امام الفندق ..
يوجد مطعم عثماني جيد ،

فندق رائع وخدمات ممتازه ،الفيو جميل جدا،لكن اللوبي مره صغير ، من افضل الفنادق فالخدمه والتعامل الراقي انصح كل الناس فيه ، واخص بالشكر الاخت مروه عامله الهاوس كيبيج لتوفيرها سبل الراحه لعائلتي ومساعدتنا طوال الاقامه وذوقها

أود ان اشكر كل القائمين على الخدمة فى فندف كمبنسكى النيل. معاملة الموظفين كانت رائعة بداية من دفء الإستقبال من السيدة مريم ومعاملة الأستاذ ربيع أثناء الإقامة وتذليل كل العقبات والتعامل المحترف من طاقم العمل. الغرفة كانت رائعة والإفطار الصباحى على مايرام. أنصح بيه كل رواد الفنادق

واي فاي مجاني غرف واسعة نوعاً ما يفضل عدم اخذ اطلالة النيل بسبب ازعاج الشارع الخارجي
للاسف الفندق مع فخامة اسمه لايوجد لوبي
الاستقبال صغير وضيق جدا
الافطار محدود وغير متنوع
لايوجد حول الفندق شي
يفضل حجز جناح ديلوكس اطلالة النيل
لانه رائع واطلالة عجيبة
