كان اختياري للفندق لموقعه ولسعره، إضافة إلى تقييمه الجيد، وتجربتي لأكثر من فندق كمبنسكي حول العالم.
عند وصولي تفاجأت بالمدخل الصغير الذي بالكاد تدخل إليه السيارة، والذي لا يتناسب واسم الفندق. كما أن البهو والاستقبال صغير كذلك. والجلسات متفرقة في أماكن مختلفة.
كانت إجراءات الدخول سريعة، وتعامل الموظفين جيد. أما الغرفة فكانت جيدة بشكل عام وتجهيزها جيد. عدا مكان الاستحمام، فهناك حوض فقط وعند استخدامه قد يتسرب الماء للخارج قليلاً.
كما لم أجد مكواة ولا طاولة كوي، لكن عندما طلبتها وفرت لي بسرعة.
بوفيه الافطار كان مقبولاً إلى حد ما، لكنه أقل مما توقعت. أما بقية مرافق الفندق لم أجرب غير المقهى الصغير في البهو، وكان مقبولاً.
مبنى الفندق بشكل عام أقرب إلى طبيعة الشقق الفندقية، مقارنة بفنادق القاهرة الكبرى الأخرى، حيث المداخل الكبيرة والبهو المتسع. لكن يحسب للفندق أنه محافظ ومناسب للعائلة، لعدم وجود أماكن سهر فيه.

مطعم فخم و راقى جدا مناسب للعائلات خدمة مميزة و أكل جميل و لكن لايوجد به أكل للاطفال طلبنا من كابتن مجدى أكل اطفال فتم احضاره شكر خاص جدا للكابتن مجدى و الإطلالة رائعة على حمام السباحة ولكن المكان ضيق غير مناسب للأطفال

فندق ممتاز وإهتمام واضح بالنزلاء وتعامل راقي اشكر العسل شيماء ودنيا وهدير وعمر على تعاملهم وخدمتهم الرائعه في المطعم حبيت الفندق من تعاملهم و كمال اللي بينظف الغرف وكل شي صراحه في الفندق رائع ويستاهل الاشاده فيه
