زيارة جميلة استمتعت بالفندق الموقع رائع وامن ويعتبر من افضل الاماكن بالزمالك وكذالك الخدمة حازم، الانسة رانيا وعموم الطاقم مستوى النظافة ممتاز الافطار المقدم جميل وومن المؤكد لي زيارة اخرى ان شاء اللهالمزيد

كان الجو والوضع العام في الفندق جيد جدا
وكان قريب من الخدمات وكانت منطفة الزمالك جميله
وكان الافطار بحاجة للتنويع اكثر ولكن كان يفي بالغرض
والخدمة كان جيدة جدا في جميع المرافق
وكان الموظفين متعاونين جدا

كان يوم رائع التعامل ممتاز في كل شي من خدمة الغرف الي البل مان

ينقص هذا الفندق كفائة موظفي الاستقبال و مركز خدمات الأعمال و جودة أصناف الطعام المقدمة في الوجبات ، كما أن الأثاث قديم جدا ، والطلبات تتأخر جدا في وصولها للغرف.
قد يكون السبب الوحيد الذي جعلني أمدد أقامتي هي خدمة تنظيف الغرف و الأطلالة الجيدة على نهر النيل.
