لقد قمت بزيارة الفيبس لاونج في فندق كمبنسكي
و سالت الويتر نادر و هو ممتاز جدا علي تشيكن برجر و سالت علي اسم مكون

فقال لي سوف اتاكد من الشيف المسئول
يوجد شخص اسمة هاني و اعتقد انة مدير و هو في منتهي قلة الزوق
و عدم الاحترافية
ساله نادر علي اسم المكون فقال لة باسلوب فظ جدا و صوت مرتفع
اية تشيكن برجر مش عارف تقراه و بعدين دة سيد دش مش عايزو يرمية!!!!
في النهاية قام ويتر اخر باحضار السندوتش بدون معرفة ما سالت عنة و لكن جودة الطعام جيدة
ولكن هذا موظف او مدير لا يليق بمكان كمثل فندق كمبنسكي

حتى الان تمت محاسبتي على الفاتورة مرتين بسبب عطل بنظام ماكينة الڤيزا لديكم، ولم يتم حل المشكلة ورد المبلغ الخاص بي حتى الان مما يسيئ اليكم والى سمعة الفندق، وافاد المسئول بالمطعم الايطالي ان ه سيتم رد المبلغ الخاص بي بعد ساعة على الاكثر مما لم يحدث حتى الان

الخدمه للاسف سيئه + مستوى الغرف لا يليق بكمبنكسي +اناره الفندق جميعها ابيض+ مستوى الاوتيل يقيم ٤ نجوم + المميز فقط موقع الاوتيل بالتجمع + لايمكن اعاده التجربه فيه خيارات افضل للامانه بالتجمع + اتمنى يتم اعاده النظر بمستوى الفندق كمستوى الغرف
