الفندق موقعه جيد جدا وبعيد عن الزحام ... حمام السباحة وخدماته جيدة جدا .... البوفيه متنوع والاكل جميل ... مدة الاقامة كانت 3 ليالي ... الغرف نظيفة لكن الحمامات لا تحتوي علي شطافة :D .... الاستقبال متعاون وبشوشالمزيد

زرت العديد من الاماكن الهامة في باريس ومنها قصر الاليزيه ومتحف الشمع وتجولنا عبر المترو اندر قراوند حيث زرنا شارع الشانز ليزيه والمناطق القريبة منه ومنها قوس النصر وايضا منطقة التروكودير المجاوره للمعلم الهام برج ايفل والذي عندما تصعد للمنطقة الدائرية العلويه تستطيع رؤية معظم مناطق باريس هذه المدينه الحالمة مدينة العطور التي انصح الجميع بزيارتها
اعتدت الذهاب كثيرا الي مريديان الهرم لقضاء يوم للترفيه و استخدام حمام السباحة بصراحة المكان رائع واسع حمام سباحة كبير تقديم ماكولات و مشروبات جيدة باسعار مقبولة ولكن هذه الزيارة الاخيرة حمام السباحة كان غير نظيف ربما لازدحام الحمام في ذروة الموسم الصيفي اتمني الذهاب المره القادمة لاجد مستوي حمام السباحة افضل كما تعودت

I would, first of all, like to reiterate my sincere apologies for the inconvenience and upset you were caused. There is certainly no excuse for the swimming pool's cleanliness was not up to the standard, and I would like to assure you that remedial action has already been taken.

الفندق مناسب للاسترخاء بعيد عن وسط وزحمة المدينه
السعر مناسب لقاء الخدمة
اجراءات الدخول والخروج بطيئه ومعقدة
كثرة طلب البقشيش من العاملين تثير الاستياء
كانت هناك اعمال صيانه بالغرفه المجاورة وبعد الاتصال المتكرر بالاستقبال تم تغيير وترقية الغرفه

There is absolutely no excuse for the poor staff attitude you encountered. I would like to advise you that positive remedial action have already been taken to ensure a similar situation does not recur.

الفندق فى المجمل منشاته جميله وحمام السباحه رائع ولكن العاملين متاففين وزهقانين بيتعاملو مع الناس بقرف حتى لما تديلهم تيبس يقولك ماشى
حجزت ثلاث غرف بتارخ 8-8-2014 ميعاد التشك ان الساعه 2 الرسبشن خلص التشك ان الساعه 4 سالت ليه قالو هو ده نظامنا فين المدير معلش مش موجود كان بجانبي عميل عربي موقفينو جنبي من الساعه 12 وكل ما يجي يتكلم يقولو اتكلم بادب
الاكل جيد جدا و الغرف جميله
