I would, first of all, like to reiterate my sincere apologies for the inconvenience and upset you were caused. There is certainly no excuse for the swimming pool's cleanliness was not up to the standard, and I would like to assure you that remedial action has already been taken.
Mr. samehfawzy, please accept my apologies for our shortcomings on this occasion, and my assurance that we take such comments seriously and take direct action as a result.
