Please let me thank you for chosen Movenpick Resort Aswan to be your holiday destination.
We do appreciate posting your valuable comment on our Customer Satisfaction Online Survey System (Trip Advisor).
However, after conducting deep investigation regarding your comments we have discover the following:
1. Our records showed that you have placed the “do not disturb sign “ at your door from day one of your arrival, as a respect to our guest privacy we can’t knock or enter the room without removing the sign or permission from the guest.
2. Our hotel policy doesn’t permit guest to bring food from outside which was communicated to your good self by the reception during check-in in addition to the sign placed at the entrance in English & Arabic.
3. Sohour meal during Ramadan , as it has been the traditional everywhere that Sohour meals consist of what we have served to you and other guests in the hotel and over the entire month we have served more than 200 guests and all we have received positive feedback.
