الافطار مميز والاكل عموما كوبس حذجدا بس غالي بعض الشيئ
وموقعه ممتاز وسط المدينة والفيو علي النيل هايل جدا
الريسبشن يحتاج التطوير بعض الشيئ
الغرف نظيفه ومريحة جدا

الاستقبال ينهي اجراءاتك في اقل من دقيقة بأبتسامة لا تفارق وجوههم.
اما عن الغرف فهي ممتازة و مطلة على النيل بشكل بديع.
يوجد مطعم ايطالي اكله ممتاز.
خدمة المساج متوفرة .
سعدنا خقا بتواجدنا و بعد ايام من رحلتنا لابو سمبل عاودنا اليه دون جدوي لان الاماكن كلها شاغرة.
ليلا قدم فربق الترفيه عرض التنورة الراقي و احتفلوا بعيد ميلاد احد النزلاء.
الجميع لا يتواني عن اسعادك.
لا يوجد موقف للسيارة بالفندق.
تفضلوا و جربوا اقامة لن تنسوها و ساركونا تعليقاتكم.

من اجمل مناطق الاقامة في الأقصر ، يقع علي النيل مع اطلالة خلابة ، المطعم جميل و نظيف و الطعام ممتاز من حيث التنوع و الكمية ، الفندق كبير و يوجد به العديد من اماكن الطعام ، الاثاث في الغرق قديم و لكن حالته ممتازة

المزايا :
- الفندق قديم في مبناه ولكن يبدوا انه قد تم تجديده
- الغرف وسيعه وجميله ونظيفة
- رؤية النيل من الفندق جميلة جدا
- العاملين ودودين جدا وخدومين ويبذلون الجهد لإرضاء النزلاء
- موقع الفندق جيد في منطقة وسط المدينة
- الفندق يستحق التجربة خصوصا اذا عادت السياحة للمدينة بشكلها القديم
العيوب :
- كثير من خدمات الفندق لا تعمل مثل المطاعم والكافيهات والبارات والنشاطات بسبب قلة عدد النزلاء في هذي الفترة
- الاكل المقدم في الافطار وفي خدمة الغرف جيد وينقصه الطعم

All bars, cafes and restaurants are open, except for the Thai Restaurant 'Bua Khao'. Italian Restaurant 'Casa di Napoli' has been moved from the Patio to the Nile Shore and all our facilities like the Beauty Salon, heated pool, Suraya Spa, Kids Club, Gym and Tennis Court are open. Our Breakfast Buffet is luscious and rich, but the guests, of course, can also enjoy breakfast in their rooms. I am sorry you didn't inform our Executive Chef or Guest Relation team about your comments concerning breakfast. We would have been able to solve any issue in an instant. Hoping to see you again soon,
