معاملة الامن سيئة جدا جدا بيتكلموا بصورة غير لائقة من المفترض انه فندق كبير مثل هذا لابد من المعاملة الجيدة بجانب الخدمة لكن ما شعرت به خلال زيارتي ان الامن يتعامل مع الضيف بصورة سيئة بجانب كلامه البذيء اتمنى من ادارة الفندق النظر الي موظفيها .. شكرا

إقامة اكتر من رائعة.بداية من حسن الاستقبال والمعاملة.تم تصعيد غرفتى لغرفة جميلة ونظيفة على النيل . تم توصيلى للغرفة عن طريق موظفة لطيفة قامت بشرح كل شيء بالفندق. الغرفة كانت جميلة ونظيفة . الإفطار فى اليوم التالى كان جميل ومتنوع . حمام السباحة كان لطيف بس المشكلة أن الجو ساخن جدآ. المطعم اللبنانى كان اكتر من رائع. اتمنى زيارة أخرى قريبة ♥️
