الفندق جميل كامبنى وتصميم ونظافه وامن وسفتي عالي صراحه موجود فيه وكلاب بوليسيه كذالك والفندق فخم ورائع لكن الاثاث يحتاج لبعض التغيير خاصه المفارش الارضيه الموجوده داخل الغرف انصح فيه صراحه فطورهم كان لذيذ والغرفه وسيعه ويعتبر في منطقة الاعمال

فندق رائع في كل شي دون استثناء
يعاب عليه امران:
1- عدم وجود شطاف في الحمام .
2- صعوبة الوصول الى الفندق من بعد العصر والى الساعة التاسعة مساء بسبب الازدحام الشديد في الطريق الموصل إلى الفندق.
عدا ذلك الفندق ممتاز جداً
من أفضل وافخم الفنادق ومريح والجو العام جميل والبوفيه جميل ومتنوع ومن أفضل الفنادق في تنوع الأكل والشرب وهو المفضل لدي منذ أن عرفت جاكرتا منذ 5 سنوات مضت وجميع الضيوف الخاصين بي احجز لهم في هذا الفندق

الغرفة بشكل عام مريحه ونظيفه ومرتبه..
خدمات الغرفة ممتازة... لولا عدم وجود اداة شطف في المرحاض
المطعم خيالي... واجوائه جميله... يقدم اصناف طعام من كل انحاء العالم تقريبا
المعاملة ممتازة وسريعه...
