أمضيت في الفندق 3 سنوات متتالية وسأبقى لغاية 2025 الإقامة رائعة.. والفندق مريح جدا للإقامات الطويلة كما أن موقعة ممتاز في جاكرتا.. أود أن أشكر بالتحديدة السيدة ايتا مدير خدمة النزلاء وراني مساعدة مدير خدمة النزلاء اندري ونور وديسي من خدمة التنظيف رحمت نور من خدمة الغسيل و ابريل من خدمة الغرف.. متعاونين جدا ولطيفين وروح المبادرة والخدمة عاليتان جدا.. بالاضافة للأمانة والمحافظة على مقتنياتي في السكن.. وكذلك اود ان اشكر خدمة الكونسيرج كاملة على خدمتهم ومساعدتهم الدائمتان لي..

الموظفين ودودين ومبتسمين دائما ، من الاستقبال حتى خدمة الغرف وموظفي المطعم.
المرافق نظيفة ، والغرفة مرتبة وأنيقة.
والفندق مرتبط بمجمع تجاري يمكن الوصول إليه بسهولة.
يعيبه فقط أن إزعاج الشارع يمكن سماعه ، وأيضا عدم وجود شطاف في دورة المياه.
وأيضا وقت الإفطار قصير إلى حد ما.
