فندق حديث الطراز شبابي ولكن يحتاج إلى عمل دؤوب للمنافسة خصوصا من ناحية السياسات وأداء الموظفين وإعادة دراسة الاسعار نظرا لضيق مساحة الغرف مقارنة بالفنادق المنافسة والسعي لتدريب وتمكين الموظفين وإعطائهم الثقة .المزيد

فندق سيء جداً يفتقر للمواصفات العالميه - لايوجد ايقاف للسياره - جميع غرف الفندق لايوجد بها سرر كينج كلها توئم او كوين - عدم التجاوب لطلبنا -قاعدة كرسي الحمام متحركه في الغرفتين وحين طلبنا اصلاحها لم يتجاوب احد - عدم السماح لنا بتمديد الخروج للساعه اثنين وابلغنا انه لو اتأخرنا نصف ساعه سوف يتم احتياب نصف يوم زياده - انقطعت الكهرباء لأكثر من ساعتين ولم يتم التعويض بتمديد تسجيل الخروج - الزجاج غير عازل للصوت - المرتبه قاسيه جداً

مستأة جدا من تجربتي للفندق
حجزي كان عن طريق موقع الفندق للباكيج الرومانسي ولكن
تم الوصول للفندق وتم تأخيرنا في الدخول مدة ساعة بحجة أن الحجز لم يظهر على السيستم الا قبل نص ساعة من وصولنا ولم تجهز الغرفة بعد
من ضمن خيارات الباكيج ان يتم ترقية الغرفة بجناح ولكن لم يتم ذلك بحجة أن الفندق فل ومانقدر

المشكله الوحيده هي في تصميم المغسله على شكل مستطيل يجعل من المستخدم اهدار كمية ماء كبيره للتنظيف اما الباقي ممتاز جدا
الكوفي شوب لو تتم توفير قهوه مختصه راح يكون ممتاز
اتمنى النظافه تستمر على هذي الدرجه خصوصاً ان الغرف والممرات موكيت

تفاجأت بعدم المبالاة عند الموظفين ، شعور سيّء عند الاعتقاد انه احد الفنادق المتميزة و يتم التفاجؤ بعكس ذلك.
ميديا روتانا بدبي يعطي تعامل اكتر من رائع على عكس سينترو جدة الذي فاجأني بسوء تعامله معي كنزيل.
