لا باس ولاكن ان تم تغيير وقت اغلاق المسبح ولا يوجد ساونا او جاكوزي والسعر مرتفع جدا مقابل الخدمه ولا يوجد اى تنوع بالبوفيه والأسعار مرتفعه للطلبات ولا يوجد المستلزمات كامله بالتواليت وللاسف ان رغبت يتم الطلب

سأكرر الزيارة لهذا الفندق. في المستقبل وانصح من حولي به مع تمنياتي لكم بالتوفيق واستمرار التطور الى الامام واتمنى ان تمتد خدمة فنادقكم الراقية الى مناطق اخرى في المملكة العربية السعودية بنفس الجودة والتميز . شكرا لكم

الغرف ضيقة في جميع فنادق سنترو
الفندق أقل من المتوقع
اللوبي صغير جداً
رفض موظفي الاستقبال تمديد وقت الخروج وكانوا على أستعجال في مغادرتي للفندق رغم أني سجلت الدخول متأخر جداً ولم أجلس بالفندق سوى 8 ساعات

الفندق جيد الموظفون رائعون ولكن حمام السباحه اقل من المستوى المطلوب المطعم اسعاره مرتفعه جدا مقارنة مع ما يتم تقديمه خاصة وان المطاعم في جده متنوعه ومتخصصه واسعارها اقل من الفندق بكثير موقع الفندق جيد بوسط جده ولكن لا توجد إطلاله

اقامة جيدة واستقبال طيب وخدمة حسنة وإفطار انتركونتننتال جيد يحتاج الشيف معرفة المزيد من الأطباق العالمية في الفطور
ولكن كانت المشكلة في العزل الصوتي للأبواب سواء باب الغرفة حيث تسمع ضجيج الأطفال في الطرقة الخارجية وكذلك الباب الفاصل بين الغرف غير عازل للصوت مما أثر على راحتنا أثناء النوم وسماعنا لجيراننا يتكلمون في الليل وهو ما يثير القلق والتوتر

الموظف راكان اثناء تسجيل الدخول انسان للاسف غير صادق كل شوي يعطيني سعر للغرفه اما الموظف علي فقد طلبت سرير اضافي وتم ارسال العامل بجهاز نقاط البيع الي باب الغرفه وهذا غير منطقي للاسف تجربه سيئه في هذا الفندق وقد تم اخذ مني مبلغ الافطار ولم افطر بالمطعم
