بصراحه موقع الفندق رائع وحميل اطلاله مباشرة على البحر المطعم اكله لذيذ ويوجد كافي والوبي رائع منطقة المسبح والجلسات جميله الاثاث شبه قديم ممكن يتصنف من اقل فنادق الخمس نجوم المطله على البحر بالمختصر يستحق التجربه

Dear valued guest, Thank you for sharing your experience at the Sheraton Jeddah Hotel through our Trip Advisor. We very much appreciate that you liked the majestic sea views the lobby and the food services. We are currently in discussions with the higher management of the hotel to push for a complete overhaul of the hotel so as to bring it up to date with the norms and standards required. In the jobs that are in progress we are replacing the elevators and next will take up the rooms and lobby. Hopefully, in future we will be able to offer a newly refurbished hotel to the guests. Thank you for staying at the Sheraton Jeddah Hotel and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience our transformation might have caused. We hope you will choose to stay with us again soon. يوم الوصول تأخر دخولنا للغرفة الى الرابعة عصرا والغرفة فيها نامس ومكيفها يشتغل ثم يطفى المسبح فيه أعمال صيانة لا يعمل التلفزيون ليس فيه قنوات اطفال عندماعدنا من الخارج وجدنا الغرفة لم تنظف لن اعووووود مرة ثانية

We recognize your time is valuable and appreciate the feedback you have provided on the Trip Advisor page. Maintaining a fresh atmosphere within our guest rooms and common areas is always a key priority. We immediately met up with the housekeeping and took up necessary action to make sure that such service discrepancies do not repeat. We have also taken up the point of concern in terms of speedy checkin and are retraining our reception staff. يقع علي شاطئ البحر الأحمر فندق مميز الاستقبال جيد جدا خدمة الغرف جيده بوفيه الاكل جيد جدا الإطلالة علي البحر رائعه والاطلاله الاخره علي الممشى الخلفي للفندق أسعار الغرف مرتفعه قليلا حضرت فيه مناسبه كان البوفيه ممتاز

فندق قديم ويحتاج الى تجديد.. او لا يرتقي لمستوى خمس نجوم..
رغم نظافة دورات المياه لكن صغيره وتوجد اوساخ ليست من قلة النظافه ولكن من تراكمات الزمن والاستهلاك..
الاطلاله جميله على البحر ومكان قريب واستراتيجي..

سكنت ليله وطلعت منه لانه الاثاث جدا قديم ، ولايوجد اهتمام ، ريحه الغرفه سيئه جدا جدا ، ميزته قريب على الكورنيش ،مدخله من الخلف لايستحق الزياره ابدا ولا انصح فيه ابدا ، في فنادق جنبه افضل منه بكثير ...

Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority and we sincerely apologize for falling short of meeting your expectations. We are discussing with the ownership to commence the renovation and it is planned to start in the months ahead and will go on next year and we will be able to offer the new style, décor of all areas including the rooms in the near future. As a teachable moment, we have shared your feedback with the appropriate hotel team to ensure the necessary guidelines are in place and will fix all things that are at hand, and ensure that from occurring in the future.

الاسعار مرتفعه جدا في شهر رمضان لعله موسم في هذا الشهر الفندق مريح و ممتاز و يطل على الشاطئ كما هناك بوابة خلفيه توصلك إلى الشاطئ و المطاعم ، النادي الصحي لا بأس به كما يوجد مقهى على البركة بوجه عام فندق عائلي و مريح
