المقهى كان رائعا خصوصا وقت غروب الشمس آلتي تعكس جمال البحر الأحمر إضافة آلى حسن الضيافة والخدمة من طرف الشاب المغربي يوسف الذي كان انيقاً ومختلفاً في تعامله هو و المباشر دسوقي شكرا لكم على حسن الضيافة

بدايةً بموظف الأستقبال بطيء جداً في انهاء اجراءات الدخول و بعدها بوضعي في مبناء بعيد جداً و غير مؤهل للسكن تحت الانشاء!!!! موكيت الممر منزوع جزء منه منظر لا يليق بفندق فايف ستار و في الصباح اصوات مزعجه من الصيانه داخل الفندق إقامه اسوء من السيئه

موقع الفندق جميل، الغرف ضيقة والاطلالة غير كاملة، موستوى النظافة متوسط والخدمة اقل من عادية.
موظفي الافطار يبدو انهم غير مدربين .
الموقع جميل وقريب جدا من الممشى ،جودة الاكل بشكل عام متوسطة
بهو الفندق جميل ولكن باقي المطاعم لا تعكس اي نوع من انواع الفخامة

من أجمل فنادق جده من حيث الموقع والسعر والخدمة بدايه من موظف الاستقبال للاستلام السيارة وضحكته حلوه جدا وموظفين الاستقبال كلهم وليهم أسلوب حلو ف إقناعك بالغرف الأحسن لدرجه أنى مددت ٣ايام لاعجابى بخدمات الفندق والتى تضاهى المبلغ المدفوع وخدمه الغرف ممتازه جدا ومن اجمل الفنادق فى نظافه بصراحه فوق الوصف ووموسيقى هاديه ف لوبى وموظفين المطعم محترمين ومبتسمين وبصراحه جميع طاقم التشغيل ف غايه الاحترام والابتسامه على وجهم جميعا بجد اشكر اداره الفندق على جوده التشغيل والإدارة
