As a five-star resort and one of the world’s most iconic holiday destinations, we pride ourselves on training our team to provide the very best service and customer experience, throughout our resort. We do apologize if for some reason our team at guest service and front office weren't able to assist with your request for late checkout. If guest wish to extend their stay, we do have preferential rate available where in guest could choose to pay and guarantee late check outs rather than pay an entire night.
We are surprised to read your comment about racial discrimination. In Atlantis, The Palm, racial discrimination is absolutely not tolerated and please be assured that our colleagues are definitely trained to give utmost respect to our guests. Nevertheless, we will once again remind the team to always respect all our guests regardless the race.
We have also noted with concern your overall dissatisfaction and your possible decision not to return to Atlantis, The Palm again. This is of course of great concern to us, and we would like to assure you of our whole team’s efforts and commitment to continuously improve our service quality in all areas.
