من اجمل الفنادق الي زرتها في دبي من حيث فخامة الاثاث ونظافة الغرف وجدآ مريحة والخدمات فيها جدآ ممتازة والجميل تعامل الموظفين في سرعة التنفيذ واخص الشكر للأخت حنان حسن وهي مثال مشرف للموظفة الخلوقة ورقيها في التعامل لي ولعائلتي طوال فترة اقامتى كل الشكر لها ولطاقم العمل في هذا الفندق الرائع

تمت زيارة الفندق قبل سنه وكان يرقى الى فئة الخمس نجوم ولكن زيارتي الحاليه اصنفه ضمن النجمتين ...
بوفيه الفندق يفتقر الى النظافه في الاواني بالاضافه الى وجود الذباب في الاكل.. وتم اخبارهم كذا مره من دون جدوى
الخدمات المتوفرة في الغرفه وللحمام غير متكامله الا بعد الاستفسار اتضح انه يجب طلبها من الاستقبال ..

موقع الفندق جميل بقرب طريق الشخ زايد وقريب من الجامع ووجود مواقف سيارات غرف نظيفة وانترنت جيد جدا خدمة
الإستقبال رائعة رغم انها تأخذ بعض الوقت لإجراءات الدخول والخروج الفندق به جميع الخدمات وبجواره بعض المطاعم
