تجربة لن تتكرر ابداً ، بعد التقييم العالي والذي اندهشت بعد ما صادفته ولم اكن اتوقع ما رايته، أولًا من الاستقبال تاخر في تسجيل الدخول لوقت متاخر واللوبي لا يتسع للذين ينتظرون مع عائلاتهم فاضطرت عائلتي للبقاء في السيارة قرابة الساعة. وبعدها الجناح الذي حجزته. تفاجأت من حجم الصالة والغرفة والحمام. غرفة معيشة صغيرة والحمام لا يتسع الا لشخص واحد يمكنه الدخول والغرفة صغيرة جداً بالاضافة الا الافطار لاول مره ارى الذي يطبخ البيض يختبأ بالداخل ولا يبقى لكي يستقبل طلبات المقيمين في الفندق ولكن بمجرد الانتهاء من طبخ البيض يرجع الى داخل المطبخ بمنظر اراه لاول مره في حياتي وأخيرا تجربة الخروج. لقد اتصلت مرتين لكي اعمل تسجيل خروج مع ارسال شخص لحمل الحقائب. بعد تكرار عدم الرد على الهاتف اضطررت لحمل حقائبي بنفسي وعائلتي كانت اكثر من ثلاثة حقائب مع باقي الأكياس وشنطة اليد اضطررت لأجعل عائلي تحمل الحقائب معي. تجربة لن أكررها حتى لو بعد هذه المراجعة اتصلوا بي لاقامة مجانية. ابدا لا. النجمتين فقط لكي اكون صادقاً فقط لان الموظفين كانوا ودودين وسعر الإقامة كان جيد نوعا ما

الاستقبال جداً ممتاز ( احمد ومحمود ) في الاستقبال كانو جداً محترمين ومتعاونين
تم ترقية الغرفه مجاناً
الغرفه كانت نظيفه ومرتبه
الافطار كان جيداً
تسجيل الخروج جداً سريع
انصح بهذا الفندق
يعيبه فقط ( عدم كفاية الشور جيل والشامبو والبودي لوشن ) ولا اعتبره عيب حيث يمكنك طلبه وسيتم تلبيته بسرعه
