اهلا وسهلا في البداية هذا السكن المناسب لكل احد جاي لدبي فعلاً اللوكيشن مررره جمييل غير ان الفندق والخدمة 10/10 وكمان اول مره نجرب نفطر ب الاوتيل كان ب استقبالنا الاخت خوله الله يسعدها جدا لطيفه ومبتسمه وتعاملها مره جميل ( اكرر الزيارة واعجز عن شكري لإدارة الفندق لإختيار موظفينهم بعنايه بالتوفيق لكم ) ❤️🙏🏻

خدمة سيئةً وتعامل وغرف مستهلكه ومدراء ليس لديهم أسلوب ولا قرار ولا يخدمون العملاء ولا يوجد اي موظف حاول حل المشكلة ، لم استطع النوم خلال فترة الاقامة ، وايضا الفطور لا يصل إلى مستوى مطاعم الخمس نجوم أبدا .

الاسعار عالية اتمنى اعادة النظر في الاسعار ولكن الفندق رائع والطاقم ودود جدا والنظافه رائعه والموقع جميل
الفندق بشكل عام جميل ومريح وقريب للقلب
اشكر كل العاملين بالفندق للاسف لا تحضرني اسماؤهم حاليا
و اريد ان اركز على شغله كنت اخبرتها للعاملين في الاستقبال ، حصل خلال اقامتي ان رن جرس الانذار لوجود حريق واستخدما الدرج للخروج من الفندق ولكن للاسف لم نكن نعرف اين اللوبي لان علامة L لم تكن واضحه خاصه في وقت الهلع الذي اصابنا وقت الاخلاء ف اقترح بان توضع علامة اللوبي على باب الخروج حتى تكون واضحه للكل
