فندق رائع صيف وشتاء المكان جميل بعيد عن الزحمه وفِي مواقف الافطار ولاغلطه متكامل والاستاف متعاونين أحلى الغرف الي فيها مسبح في الصيف بارد وفِي الشتاء دافئ والمسبح في خصوصيه طيبه حق العائله انصح فيه لان الاختيار الانسب

ترحيب الموظفين ونظافه الفندق
مناسب جدا للعائلات ..
وكنت سعيدة بطريقه ترحيبهم لنا حيث تك ترقية حجزي ..
لكن يحتاج لاعادة النظر في اسعار قائمة الطعام جيث ان الاسعار مبالغ فيها
سعدت جدا بهذا الفندق ولي عودة مزه ثانيه ان شاء الله

كانت اعمال الترميم جارية في الفندق كل يوم من الساعة ٧:٣٠ صباحا بما فيه ايّام الجمعة
ورغم اتصالاتي المتكررة استمر الضجيج اليومي
اضافة لم اشعر ان احدا من الموظفين يعرفني باسمي رغم ان اقامتي طالت ٤٥ يوما
مقارنة بفنادق روتانا الاخرى كانت الإقامة في عرجان مخيبة للآمال

Please allow me to highlight that we are in almost completion of the refurbishment in our public areas including the lobby and some of the rooms. We thank you for your understanding as we really appreciate your support during this difficult period.
With regards to the services given by our colleagues, I had personally communicated this to the concerned department. Moreover, proper coaching and retraining of our high standards are already in place in handling guest to fill the gaps to these high standards of service that we are always aiming to provide.

فندق جميل ومهيأ وجميل جدا للعائلات مع الأطفال من ناحية الغرف والهدوء والتنوع في بوفيه الافطار واتوقع بعد التصليحات والتغييرات في اللوبي سيكون أسهل واسرع الوصول للغرف، المطبخ مهيأ بالعدة لعمل وجبات للاطفال او وجبات خفيفة.
