For the food delivery, Please allow me to highlight that being an ISO 14001 2015 certified, which is the latest and the best for Health, Food and Environmental safety trade mark for hotels, it is mandatory and for safety purpose, that guests needs to collect the outside ordered food from the Reception and to sign a waiver form in line with Rotana food Safety Manual. It is a policy that we need to follow as this is for the safety of our guests.

With regards to the value for money, our price range is at par with the rest of the Luxury Hotel Apartments in Dubai.
