As much as we want to exceed our guest expectation, we regret the less than positive experience you mentioned regarding your stay.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused with regards to Housekeeping service. Please allow me to highlight that we do not provide dishwashing service but we can only give instruction on how to use the built in dishwasher.
We understand that in today’s world, speed counts and our guests deserves a fast and quality service and with that, we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you as we had plenty of arrivals and departures during the time of your visit. We have reported this matter to the valet company and asked all our valet drivers to be replaced. The company has approved and will provide a new permanent drivers.
We always take necessary action to remedy the situation for the guests as long as it is within our control and capabilities.
Again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused and we hope you will allow us to serve you better on your future visit.
