Please allow me to thank you for choosing to stay with us and for sharing your feedback.
I am glad to read that you had an excellent stay and that you were happy with comfort and warm services given by our team. This serves us an inspiration to continually provide our guests only the best in product and service quality. Most of our guest are happy with the convenient and accessible location of our hotel. Please allow me to highlight that Dubai tram is just opposite to our hotel. You’ve also mentioned regarding the variety of the food, please allow me to highlight that we have a healthy mix of guests in our hotel from Asian, Indian, Arabic, International and Arabic background. We ensure providing choices on our buffet that can match all nationalities by adding 1 or 2 dishes per nationality. However, we shall look into the possibilities of implementation in future also, we would appreciate if you could give us suggestions of items that you would like to see in our menu for us to improve the selections and quality.
Here in Arjaan, we are constantly striving not only to meet but to exceed all our guests expectations at all times

الغرف مع بركة السباحة الخاصة مميزة جدا. أتمنى إضافة دش مطري عند بركة السباحة الخاصة.شكر خاص للأخت مفهومة على تعاونها.المكان مميز و جميل.أرجان سيكون مكان إقامتي الدائمة حين زيارة دبي متى تحصلت على سعر مناسبشكرا للجميع وتعاونهم.

شكراً لكم على حسن استقبالكم فعلاً انتم الفندق المفضل لدي وسيتكون الفندق الاول في دبي ولن اسكن الا عندكم ولكن اتمنى تنظرون في نوعية الفراش لانه قاسيه نوعاً ما ولكن النظافه رائعه جداً شاكر لكم مره اخرى.

I am delighted to read that you had a pleasant stay in overall. Regarding your comment about the uncomfortable bed, allow me to assure you that our handpicked mattresses have been carefully selected. The mattresses are 4 seasonal that can offer comfort, orthopedic and posture correction style of living. Our mattresses are up to 80 KG and we have not received complaints about them earlier. We shall send your feedback to our procurement department to check possibilities of soften the mattresses with the supplier.

الفندق اكثر من رائع خصوصا انه قريب على ال JBR وقريب من النخلة جميرا ويقع على شارع الملك سلمان وملاصق لمحطة MBC والعربية ، الشقق الفندقية مساختها جيدة جدا وبها مطبخ متكامل وطاولة طعام وغرفة جلوس منفصلة عن غرفة النوم . هذا غير الشرف التي تطلع على البحر .
