عائليه وللنوم فقط ولا يوجد أي انشطة ولا يمكن لأولادي ان يستمتع كاطفال مما أدي الي الذهاب اللي أماكن اخري للاستمتاع ولا يوجد خدمه توصيل الشاطئ والماركت ضعيف ولا يستمر ٢٤ ساعه ولا يوجد بازار للهدايه التذكاريه

As much as we want to exceed our guest experience, we apologize for the less than positive experience you have mentioned regarding your stay. Please allow me to highlight that we have Bodylines Fitness & Wellness Club, as well as a temperature controlled swimming pool for adults and children. It is also worth mentioning that our kid’s corner will be available once the soft refurbishment is completed. With regards to your comment about the beach access, Al Sufouh beach is open 24 hours. We offer 9:00 for drop off from the hotel to the beach and pick up at 16:30 from there to the hotel. Most of our guests are happy with the accessible location of our hotel as it is close to the metro areas, malls, restaurants and cafes and is easy to navigate.
We are hoping that despite the inconvenience, you would still consider to visit us and let us serve you better.

استغرت يومان ممتعان في فندق ارجان روتانا وان شاء الله انصح الاهل والاقارب والاصدقاع لي زيارة الفندق وموقع الفندق قريبه لي المناطق التر فيهية والمولات والمطاعم والمقاهي وسهولت التنقل والوصل الي ال GBR بالقطار

This serves us an inspiration to continually provide our guests only the best in product and service quality. Most of our guest are happy with the convenient and accessible location of our hotel. Please allow me to highlight that Dubai tram is just opposite to our hotel. You’ve also mentioned regarding the variety of the food, please allow me to highlight that we have a healthy mix of guests in our hotel from Asian, Indian, Arabic, International and Arabic background. We ensure providing choices on our buffet that can match all nationalities by adding 1 or 2 dishes per nationality. However, we shall look into the possibilities of implementation in future also, we would appreciate if you could give us suggestions of items that you would like to see in our menu for us to improve the selections and quality.
