As much as we want to exceed our guest experience, we apologize for the less than positive experience you have mentioned regarding your stay. Please allow me to highlight that we have Bodylines Fitness & Wellness Club, as well as a temperature controlled swimming pool for adults and children. It is also worth mentioning that our kid’s corner will be available once the soft refurbishment is completed. With regards to your comment about the beach access, Al Sufouh beach is open 24 hours. We offer 9:00 for drop off from the hotel to the beach and pick up at 16:30 from there to the hotel. Most of our guests are happy with the accessible location of our hotel as it is close to the metro areas, malls, restaurants and cafes and is easy to navigate.

We are hoping that despite the inconvenience, you would still consider to visit us and let us serve you better.
