الفندق جميل جدا ولكن ينقصه موظفين ذو كفاءة و الخدمات متوسطة ولم يكن التجاوب مع النزيل في الوقت المناسب ولقد عانيت كثيرا بسبب عدم تلبية طلباتي ولقد قمت بالتواصل مع الموظفين لكن دون جدوى .. اتمنى من الادارة العليا إعادة النظر في ذلك

الموقع لطيف وجميل والموظفين لطفاء ومتعاونين لكن الغرف مكتضه ومساحة الغرفه محدوده جدا والى ذلك لم يكن هناك التعاون المطلوب عندما حصل خطأ بالحجز بحيث تم مرتين ...وعند المراجعة انت سعادتي مرتين إلى بوكنج وتم رفض التغير او اضافة يوم للحجز بدل ان يكون الحجزان لنفس اليوم .... وتمت الموافقة بعد جدل طويل .... وهذا يشعر بعدم الاهتمام بالزبون او برضاه او بعودته وكأنها مصيره بمجرد أن وقعت ولو خطأ لا يمكنك الخروج

Please allow me to explain that since you made the booking through our online travel agent Booking.com, any amendment should be done on the same site since the booking is under your name. Kindly give us more comments with regards to your room issue such as your booking confirmation and your details for us to investigate and improve our service. My humble suggestion is to make your booking directly with us on your future stay so that we can offer you the best possible price and to avoid any incident as such to happen in the future.
