بالنسبه لحوض السباحه الخاص جيد كمنظر جمالي وليس للاستحمام لصغر حجمه والماء غير نظيف تماما فاعتماد نظافة الماء على الكلور والفلتر وليس واضحا تبديل الماء
اما من ناحية الهدوء وجمال المكان ونظافته العامه فهو أمر لا يعلى عليه

As much as we want to exceed our guest expectation, we apologize for the less than positive experience you have mentioned regarding the condition of the pool. Rest assured that we do deep cleaning which means draining, cleaning by chlorine sanitation that keeps the pool safe and swimmable. It sanitizes water and kills the germs, bacteria, and other contaminants that would otherwise pose health hazards. It is designed to gradually dissolve, releasing chlorine into our pool water. We also ensure that the quantity is enough to sanitize but safe enough for the guests.
I hope the above clarifies your concerns. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

أفضل مكان للعائلة. كل فترة أبنائي يسألوني متى نرجع للفندق يحبوا يسبحوا بالمسابح الخاصة تحت أجواء عائلية..و التعامل من الموظفين جدا رائع .. المكان جميل و يستحق الزيارة و بالأخص للعائلات ....شكرًا لكم ..

من أفضل الأماكن لإقامة العائلات وقريب جدا من الأماكن السياحبة مثل دبي مارينا والممشى وجزيرة النخيل وأيضا قريب من مول الإمارات ومول دبي ومول ابن بطوطة .
سهولة الوصول الى الأمكان السياحية في دبي ، والحصول على الوسائل النقل المتنوعة

As much as we want to exceed our guest expectation, we apologize for the less than positive experience you have mentioned about the food delivery and for the inconvenienced caused however, please allow me to explain that being an ISO 14001 2015 certified, which is the latest and the best for Health, Food and Environmental safety trade mark for hotels, it is mandatory and for safety purpose, that guests are required to collect the outside ordered food from the Reception in line with Rotana food Safety Manual. It is a policy that we need to follow as this is for the safety of our guests.
