هذه ليست المرة الاولى التي انزل فيها على هذا الفندق فبسبب روعة المكان وجمال تصميم واناقة الغرف ونظافتها في كل مرة اسافر فيها إلى دبي أنزل هنا.سواءا كان ذلك لغاية عمل أو لرحلة عائلية فهو مناسب جدا لكل أغراض السفر.

الغرفة جميلة مع مسبح خاص وجكوزي فقط المشكلة في مفاتيح الاضاءة بالغرفة يتم اطفي النور من البريكر.
لم يتم حل المشكلة حتي تسجيل الخروج من الفندق وتم توفير فطور مجاني خلال فترة الاقامة تعويض عن مشكلة الاضاءة لمدة يومين.

المكان كان نظيفا والغرف ايضا ، طعام الغداء كان رائع ولذيذ وطعام الافطار كان متنوع بكل الاشياء التي اريدها كانت خدمة الضيوف رائعه كانو جدا متعاونين معنا وسرعة استجابة عالية النظافه عاليه جدا واتنمى ان احجز مرة اخرى

فندق جميل ومريح .. اللوبي وبوفيه الطعام ألوانه جميلة ومريحة وتفتح النفس.. والخدمة جدا ممتازة .. نسيت اختي خاتمها في المطعم وأخذه الموظفين وحفظوه في قسم الامانات وفي اليوم التالي ذكرونا بأننا نسينا الخاتم وجابوه لنا.. جدا احترمت أمانتهم واهتمامهم..
الغرف مجهزة بشكل جميل وعملي.. والمنظر جميل جدا.. السرير مريح .. والمطبخ جدا عملي وتصميمه جميل..
العيب الوحيد هو الوان جدران الغرف والمطبخ والصحون والاثاث جددا كئيبة وغامقة .. غير كذا الفندق جدا رائع والخدمة جدا ممتازة والفطور لذيذ جدا وتتوفر فيه خيارات للنباتيين

I greatly appreciate your comments about the aspects of the hotel that needs updating. It is a pleasure to announce our newly refurbished - Sky deluxe rooms in 29th & 30th floor is now operating and so far, we have been receiving positive feedback from the guests. These rooms have a very modern set-up with new furniture. Hopefully on your next visit you can try this room category.

With regards to your comment about the presence of an Egyptian colleague in our hotel, please allow me to highlight that we have a healthy mix of colleagues and guests in our hotel from Asian, Indian, Arabic, International and Arabic background. We ensure providing choices on our buffet that can match all nationalities by adding 1 or 2 dishes per nationality. However, we shall look into the possibilities of implementation in future also, we would appreciate if you could give us suggestions of items that you would like to see in our menu for us to improve the selections and quality.
