الفندق جيد لكن لا يوجد اي تعاون من الريسبشن بخصوص اني عائلة ولم يتوفر في الغرفة سراير اضافية بزوجين و طفلين كبار
واصر الموظف علي غرفة وصالة وكان الافضل غرفتين وكان المبيت صعب وللاسف لم اتحدث مع اي شخص خلال الاقامة عن المشكلة لكن بلغت شكوتي وقت المغادرة لموظفة كانت متعاونة ولكن لم اتذكر اسمها شكرا

I am saddened to read about your experience and the issues that you faced during your stay. As you indeed mentioned, we really wish if you would have requested us for the extra bed, we would have got it arranged for you on the spot.
As the original booking was for 1 Bedroom Suite which was offered, we would have certainly upgraded to 2 bedroom Suite / apartment if we had the availability.
Nevertheless, for you future booking, we will certainly look into this preference and offer as per your comfort.

ArjaanRotanaمن افضل الفنادق في العالم قم بزيارته دائماً و لن تندم ابدا فيه كل ما يناسبك الغرف جميله وكل شئ جميل جداً حتى المسبح جميل و دافئ جدا وهناك جاكوزي للكبار فقط يسمح للاطفال بعمر16 سنه و حمام السباحه للاطفال ليس للاطفال اقل من 5 سنوات ولا تهتم هناك حمام سباحه للاطفال

حسن التعامل من قبل موظف الاستقبال زياد وسرعته ف انجاز العمل وترحيبه الحار والموظف حبيب كانو طيبين وودودين اشكرهم ع حسن تعاملهم ( الناس الصح ف المكان الصح ) اخذت غرفتين مع مسبح واعطاني شقه مع منظر جميل مطل ع النخله و عين دبي وانا من محبي فندق روتانا لانه يشعرك انك في منزلك والمكان هادئ وجميل
