تم السكن بجناح جميل واسع نوعا ماء يعيبه فقط صغر المساحه بالصالة،،،
البلكونه كبيرة وجميلة واطلالة رائعه على دبي مول وبرج خليفة والنافورة

Address Downtown's location indeed is one of the most-loved feature, as it is perfectly situated at the Heart of Downtown Dubai offering incomparable panoramic views of Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain, furthermore, with just a short walkaway, you can also easily access world-class shopping and entertainment destination - Dubai Mall. مع الاسف التجربة كانت سيئة جداً مقارنة بأدرس بوليڤارد .. حيث كانت روائح الممرات مليئة برائحة السجائر.كما ان لوحة تحكم التكييف معطلة مما ادى الى طلب الصيانة ولم يقم المسؤول باصلاح المشكلة بشكل جذري ...

زرت مؤخرا فندق المنزل داون تاون مرتين الاولى من ٩-١٠ ديسمبر والثانية من ١٤-١٦ ديسمبر وخرجت بانطباع سيئ وقد كنت من زائريه بالماضي (قبل الحريق الاخير الذي أصيب به الفندق).
اهم ملاحظة كانت هي ضعف العزل بالغرف لدرجة ان الشخص يشعر وكأنه بالشارع رغم وجودي بالأدوار العليا العاشر والثالث عشر.
تزداد المشكلة اكثر وضوحا وإزعاجاً بالليل وفترة الفجر بسبب اعمال البناء امام الفندق لدرجة تمنع من النوم وقد أصابتني بالتوتر.
قد بلغت مديرة الاستقبال والاستقبال ولم يعرضوا علي حتى تغيير موقع الغرفة ولم يقوموا حتى بعمل تخفيض حتى رمزي وقت المغادرة.
كل ماقاموا به هو كلمة"اسفين"، ولم يتخذوا اكشن يُبين اهتمامهم بالعميل رغم اني عضو فضي بعضوية اعمار.
الملاحظة الثانية هي رائحة الفراش والمخدات كريهة حيث قد تكون نظيفة من الداخل.
ايضا ملاحظة اخيرة وهي صغر مساحة وضع الملابس والتي غير متناسية مع حجم الغرفة حيث ان هناك مساحة ضائعة بالغرفة كطرقة.
اخيرا اقتنعت نهائيا باني لن ازور هذا الفندق مرة اخرى وانصح بعدم زيارته لان سعره لايتناسب مايقدم وحيث هناك تشكيلة واسعة بدبي افضل بالفخامة والخدمات والسعر.

حبيت المكان وبصراحة اجواء تحوي بالعائلية ..انصح الكل بزيارة هذا المكان.. والمطعم كان اكثر من رائع ..وكان هادي والموسيقي هادئة ..والاكل كان لذيذ والاطلالة كانت رائعه اشكر الشخص الذي قام بخدمتي كان اسمه Roshan
