ببساطة من افضل واجمل وافخم فنادق دبي ، لكن في عيب هو عدم تقدير الضيوف الدائمين الفندق والاوفياء له باعطاهم upgrad كما يفعل العديد من الفنادق الكبيرة (في مجموعة ادرس مثلاً: ادرس دبي مول - ادرس بوليفارد)

خيبة أمل كبيرة حيث كنت أتوقع ان يكون أفضل مما كان عليه قبل الحريق لكن ما وجدته كان على العكس تماما، للاسف كثير من مرافق الغرفة لا تعمل وبحاجة الى إصلاح. لا يوجد من مرافق التقنية المتعود عليها من مجموعة address

كان حجزي لعائلتي قبل حوالي ثلاثة اشهر وتم تأكيد الحجز . لما طلبته وهو سويت مع غرفة ملاصقة ولكن تفاجئت عند الوصول بعدم المصداقية بالحجز اذ قسمت انا وعائلتي لقسمين ، البعض في الدور 9 والبقية في الدور12 ، لعدم الإمكانية مع أن الحجز كان مبكر جدا ومن المفترض أن يكون قد سجل طلبي وأكد . مما سبب لى الارتباك والاستياء للخبطت الموظفين حيث احدهم يأكد طلبي ويتم قبوله ، ثم يأتي اخر ويلغيه . وذلك لسوء الإجراءات وعدم مصداقية الحجوزات

استمتعت بالاقامة بالعنوان في قلب دبي. من احلا تجارب العمر و اكثرها راحة. المعاملة الحسنة و بشاشة الاستقبال. و المكان المريح و سهولة اجراء الحجز و السكن. افراد الطاقم جدا خلوقين و مستعدون للخدمة في جميع الاوقات. الجودة مقابل القيمة.
