نا جيت دبي فوق ٥٠ مره وهذا افضل فندق سكنت فيه وما راح تكون اخر مره راح اكون من ضمن الزباين الدائمين وشكرا على الترحيب وعلى الاستقبال الجميل وحركه البطاقه وخصم ١٠ بالميه هذا الشي تسويق جميل جدا ويجلب الزباين المزيد

وذلك للأسباب التي وضحتها بالسيرڤي
فالقصة بدأت عندما وصلت إلى الفندق وتفاجأت ان قالوا لنا انتظروا الغرفة غير جاهزة مع علمي المسبق ان الدخول يبدأ في الفندق الساعة الثالثة مساءآ ووصولنا كان الخامسة الا ربع مساءآ فبعد طول انتظار أي بعد ساعة ونصف سمح لنا بالذهاب للغرفة رغم ان الحجز قبل اكثر من شهر وعند طلبت منهم سرير إضافي قالوا تدفع حوالي مئتي درهم قلت لابأس
والمفاجأة عند الوصول اخر الليل بعد عمل شاق ومنهك لم نجد السرير وفي الثاني أبلغناهم وبكل برود قالوا نسينا وعند وصولنا اخر الليل تفاجأنا أيضا بعدم وجود السرير
وعند المغادرة يسألني موظف الاستقال عن انني استخدمت الميني بار قلت لا قال بلى استخدمته قلت لاااااا قال حسنآ
وغادرت إلى ألمانيا وعند وصولي اليها اتصل الفندق بي وكرر السؤال أنت استخدمت الميني بار واستخدمت كذا وكذا قلت كلا لم استخدم أي شيئ من الميني بار طوال الخمس ليالي التي قضيتها معكم

جميع مافي الفندق ممتاز ينقص فقط ان كل من زار او اقام في هذا الفتدق اكثر من ٣ مرات يجب ان يتم تمييزه ويكون من الاعضاء الخاصين ولهو الاولوية في الحجز والإقامة وشكراً على حسن ضيافتكم واستمتعنا جداً في هذا المكان الراقي والمميز.

أرجو تحسين الاستقبال واعطاء معلومات أكثر دقة وبمقارنة اقامتي بنفس الفندق من 4 سنوات كانت مختلفة تماماً حيث بالنسبة لي كان أفضل فندق أقمت به على الإطلاق (التجربة بمقارنة أغلب فنادق العالم بسبب السفر الكثير) التجربة السابقة كانت أفضل بكثير علماً أن موظف الحجوزات لدينا لديه نفس الانطباع وهو اكثر شخص يمكن أن يعطي رأيه عن التجربة السيئة التي واجهها
